You have to admire John Seddon's certainty and consistency. As someone who has made his name by being anti-ISO 9001 he launches the great debate with gusto ('The great debate', November's QW). He is not one to let a few facts spoil a good story so perhaps I can correct some of the more blatant mistakes in the piece.
