Usa and asia fuel upturn in world economy

An upturn in the world economy is under way.The engines for it are the USA and Asia.According to the latest information,the US economy seems to be robust,because all the main demand items have turned in the right direction.The country's economy may reach 5 per cent growth this year,before the pace slows down slightly again next year as interest rates rise.The pace of growth in China will continue to be hard,boosted by foreign investment and the intense economic revolution.Japan,too,is growing briskly after a decade of difficulties,as the strong demand in China fuels its exports and speeds up investment by the export industry.
