摘要

in most cases, ozonolysis is more sustainable and cost effective for the oxidative treatment of organic unsaturated compounds than other oxidation technologies. To enable the scalability of this challenging gas-liquid oxidation process, Lonza has developed a novel approach that combines microreactors, a bench-scale reactor, and a large scale production reactor. The approach also includes laboratory feasibility studies and technical transfer - with hazard evaluations and safety assessments - to successful large scale manufacturing.
