Tissue paper producers are successfully implementing roughly 5-7% price increases in the US and Canada on both consumer and Away-from-Home (AfH) products, buyers and sellers said this week. "Yes, we're seeing those price increase requests come through, and, yes, we're being impacted at the 5-7% level," said one buyer for a large US store chain. "It's coming in a variety of ways, however, (and) not all in straight price increases. Some are sheet reductions, reduced marketing support, or combinations of (those)."
