For the second straight month, well stocked US mills fought down prices on almost every single recovered paper material -- by anywhere from $10 to $60/ton this month depending on the material -- and possibly even more so as some seek mid-month declines. The marketplace pricing plummet occurs, however, even though both mills and suppliers don't believe generation notably increased.
