Global pulp producers seek to end an eight-month run of declining prices this month behind strong demand in China.Several major softwood and hardwood kraft producers including Canfor Pulp, Him Group, and Suzano slated $20/tonne increases in China for May shipments and a bevy of producers came out with hikes in Europe, where prices have lulled at a bottom for months.
