After a $20/ton descent in export pricing a month ago and US mills readying for another decline in their old corrugated container (OCC) levels this month, traders this week talked up the likelihood that OCC will stoop lower in pricing before yearend, but not crash.Export OCC to China was down just slightly yesterday from a week ago at $160-163/tonne CIF to a main port in China or about $110/ton at the FOB seller's dock in Los Angeles, the major US export OCC supply area.
