Many of the world's largest producers of northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) and bleached eucalyptus (BEK) pulp came out with 40/tonne global price increases this week as international chemical market pulp producer inventories stayed flat at 29 days-of-supply. Bleached softwood and hardwood kraft both dipped one day-of-supply making July the sixth consecutive month of falling stocks, the Pulp and Paper Products Council reported.
