A monumental price decline in the last month on US recovered paper continued taking shape this week,with levels again falling across America,and at mills in southern China.A 30-day 90/ton decline on exported old corrugated containers(OCC)that began at the end of September continued fast rushing to a bottom that no one had predicted yet on Thursday.It was the steepest one-month price cut ever for US OCC.(In 1995,OCC in New York plummeted ~(18)O over six months).
