Price hikes looming for offset in July; envelope paper increase is delayed

Uncoated freesheet (UFS) prices are rising in late June as a new increase on cutsize launches this week and next, and a hike on offset rolls looms July 1. Market contacts said conditions were favorable for the increases although a few reported some spottiness in the roll market and that envelope prices were not scheduled to rise yet.
