US export prices to China for old corrugated containers(OCC)declined for the second time this year,falling 5/ton at the FOB seller's dock from the level in early July,contacts said at the end of last week.The decline put the OCC export prices from California and New York/New Jersey at up to 7/ton higher than US domestic prices for OCC out of the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles basin.
