US box shipments turned in a sluggish performance in February,although containerboard inventories at box plants and mills showed a larger than normal seasonal decline.Pricing for linerboard and corrugating medium remain unchanged in the domestic market despite the upsurge in old corrugated container(OCC)and woodchip costs,which squeezed margins of recycled mills and virgin fiber mills in the Pacific Northwest.
