Asia Pulp and Paper parent Sinar Mas will buy the bankrupt 325,000 mtpy market pulp mill at Meadow Lake,Sask.,for C37.5 million,primarily providing the fiber-hungry paper and board producer with pulp for use at its mills in China and Indonesia,contacts said last week.
