Menasha appears close to a deal that could lead to the sale of its 306,000 tpy Otsego,Mich.,corrugating medium mill,which was shut Aug.4.In a local report,Otsego City Manager Thad Beard said the interested company would decide at a board of directors meeting next month whether to buy the mill.
