The US40/ton increase on North American solid bleached sulfate boxboard targeted for the fourth quarter gradually moved into the market this month -with prices rising US20/ton,contacts said.The price increase started in mid-October.A majority of buyers surveyed during the fourth quarter said they were able to avoid paying a higher price.
