CRB unmade orders jump in first week of October

Unmade orders for coated recycled boxboard in the U.S.hit its highest level in at least 31/2 months in the first week of October,according to the American Forest & Paper Assn.Unmade orders through Oct.4 totaled 142,209 tons.Unmade orders averaged 133,000 tons/week in September,134,000 tons in August,and 135,000 tons in July.
