US OCC export pricing to China doesn't retreat, rises $2-3 more in the last week

US pricing for old corrugated containers (OCC), which has been on a torrid upswing from low generation and stock building by Chinese mills rose again in the last week, moving up $2-3/tonne to its highest level since November.As of today, US OCC to China was up $35/tonne since the start of March to $150/tonne CIF to a main port in China. That's the highest CIF level since $190/tonne in November - which was right before the recovered paper price roof cave in under a global economic demand collapse.
