Legal setback for P&G in G-P pattern dispute

A federal judge in Ohio this week declined to issue a preliminary injunction sought by Procter & Gamble to stop Georgia-Pacific from using a disputed pattern on its paper towels, the Columbus Dispatch reported. P&G requested the injunction until the "bowtie" pattern dispute involving P&G's Bounty and G-P's Brawny brand paper towels goes to trial.
