Bankrupt market pulp and lumber producer Pope & Talbot (P&T) agreed to sell its three northern bleached softwood kraft (NBSK) mills to affiliates of the Sinar Mas Group,the parent of leading Asian producer APP,for 225 million in cash and debt assumption.
