Ox Industries acquired Tuxedo, NG, paper tube and core manufacturer Carolina Paper Tubes. The facility is Ox's sixth production facility, and continues the strategy of vertically aligning converting production with Ox's paper mills that manufacture high-strength 100% recycled tube and core paperboard. Ox said it will invest more than $1 million in new equipment for increased capacity, improved quality, and faster service at the North Carolina site. The location allows for Ox's expansion into the US Southeast for converted products.
