US demand off slightly for 2014, with China exports dropping 11% in October

US demand for recovered paper was down slightly through October this year, by 150,000 tons or 0.3% vs 2013's total. Exports were up 1.2% and domestic demand was down 1.4%. The domestic consumption decline totaled 347,000 tons. The export increase totaled about 195,000 tons.
