Hoquiam UFS mill to restart within 45 days, after $540,000 power deal

After reaching an important energy deal, Harbor Paper expects to be making uncoat-ed frccsheet (UFS) paper again within the next 45 days and possibly by late September at its mill in Hoquiam, WA, which was shuttered in March 2011, based on reports this week.
