A federal appeals court reversed a trial judge's December 2010 dismissal of antitrust proceedings against Finnish producer Stora Enso's US division, Stora Enso North America (SENA), and ruled that the company must face a lawsuit brought by former customers. The three-judge panel on Monday said a jury could potentially find that SENA conspired to fix prices for coated paper used in magazines and catalogs.
