After the California Senate voted down a bill that would ban single-use plastic bags in most stores, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger breathed new life into the possible reconsideration of the legislation - before yearend when he leaves office. "I think anything that was not accomplished I will try to get them done before I leave office," Schwarzenegger said in comments his office circulated. This is the former Hollywood movie hero's last year in office.
