Up against still-solid Chmeseexport demand and furiously trying to lower near-historic prices this year, US mills successfully reduced office paper (OP) and pulp substitutes while bulk grades and sorted (postconsumer) white ledger (SWL) angled up $5-10/ton from last month's levels.
