Lee & Man Paper, China's second largest containerboard producer and a major buyer of US recovered paper, expects in two years to gain as much as 30% of its total recovered paper demand from inside China. In 2007, Lee & Man purchased 1.3 million tonnes of US recovered paper. The company runs about 15 recovered paper recycling plants in China and plans in two years to operate 100.
