Chinese demand has impact in UK;official says quality will be a key going forward

For the first time in June and driven by the strong demand from China,exports of recovered from the United Kingdom exceeded recovered paper use at UK paper and board mills,the Confederation of Paper Industries said last week.In June and July,UK exports totaled 343,000 tonnes each month,exceeding mill demand of 332,000 tonnes and 339,000 tonnes in June and July,respectively.
