Fraser renews option for possible acquisition of Katahdin Paper assets

Although Fraser Papers allowed its option to purchase Katahdin Paper to expire unused last year,the company remains interested in the acquisition and plans to renew its option for six months or so,pres./CEO Dominic Gammiero said during a recent conference call with analysts.
