Weyerhaeuser intends to curtail bleached liquid packaging board production for about a week at its Longview, WA, mill complex due to export issues from the ongoing slowdown at West Coast ports. A union official told local press that the paperboard mill, which mainly makes milk carton stock, would be down from 7 to 9 days around Jan. 21.
