Kimberly-Clark plans 4-7% hike in US consumer tissue prices for 1st quarter 2008

Citing higher raw material and energy costs,Kimberly-Clark (K-C) last week informed US customers of its consumer tissue,baby and child care products that it plans to raise prices 4-7% during the first quarter of 2008.The company said the increases were necessary to offset "significant inflationary pressure" from higher raw material and energy costs.
