China's Fujian Nanping Paper is pressing ahead with a restructuring plan that sees it entering into the wind power segment. Earlier this year, it handed all its pulp and paper assets to its parent firm, the Fujian Investment and Development Group. In the return, it got the entire 68.59% stake the parent firm held in Fujian Zhongmin Energy Investment. Fujian Zhongmin Energy presently operates five power stations in Fujian province and is building and planning more stations.
