THE FOUNDING, emergence and evolution of the Progroup is one of those classic entrepreneurial stories not usually heard in the pulp and paper industry. Of course, other paper businesses have talented management, usually those individuals are seen charge of the big, old corporates, but it is rare that you see a start up in the shape and form of Progroup-a purely organically-grown giant that has developed and evolved along one central philosophy and strategy-in just 23 years.
