Nine Dragons delays new board machines in China and Vietnam

Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) has announced it will push back the startups of two new 350,000-tonne/yr BMs that are being constructed at facilities in China and Vietnam. One unit, a testliner machine dubbed PM 39, was planned to be fired up by 2016 at a mill in Shenyang city, Liaoning province. Under the revised plan, the PM will come online by 2017.
