The 34th annual prima conference gathered in Helsinki, Finaland, May 21-24. As always, this proved to be an excellent occasion for net-working and for debating some of the major issues affecting the industry. The theme of this year's conference was Paper, People, Pawrtnership9s: Shaping the Future Together. Central to this was the customer, with two of the four sessions devoted to 'The customer's view' and 'Caring for the customer'.
