Eight expressions of interest for Arjowiggins' Wizernes and Charavines mills in France

A number of potential buyers have taken an interest-in : Arjowiggins'Wizernes and Charavines mills, both located in France. So far, four parties have expressed an interest in the Wizernes facility and another four in the Charavines plant, a company spokesperson said. She declined to provide any information on the potential buyers. The spokes- person also confirmed French media reports stating that if the Wizernes mill issold Arjowiggins does not intend to include the factory's clients and order book in the deal.
