China's Shandong Chenming restructuring subsidiaries to improve performance

Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings is aggressively adjusting operations at some subsidiaries in a bid to optimize its product portfolio and financial performance. The firm announced that its subsidiary Hong Kong Chenming will buy a 49% stake from the three other shareholders of Jiangxi Chenming Paper. It already holds the remaining 51%.
