Matussiere & Forest (M&F) placed itself under the protection of the Tribunal de Commerce de Grenoble, in eastern France, on April 30. An administrator, Regis Barbey, has been appointed. He is in charge of looking for the best solution for the company, including the potential sale of its mills, either as a whole or separately. In the meantime, production continues as normal at the firm's four manufacturing sites in France. M&F will be under observation for the next six months.
