SCA RAISES STAKE IN VINDA

The Swedish giant SCA has increased its stake in the Hong Kong-listed tissue producer Vinda from 14% to 19%. The firm acquired 20% of the shares in Vinda last March. But its holding was diluted to 14% when the company floated on the Hong Kong bourse in July.
