MOORIM PAPER WRAPS UP DONGHAE PULP TAKEOVER

Moorim Paper has completed the acquisition of a fellow South Korean firm, the pulp producer Donghae Pulp. It signed the takeover agreement with Donghae Pulp on April 22, after the Ulsan court gave the deal the all-clear the previous day. The pulp producer had been in receivership since 1998. The Korea Development Bank was its main creditor and majority shareholder.
