Naberezhniye Chelny Paper and Board Mill has chosen Metso Paper to rebuild the press section of the tissue machine at its mill in Naberezhniye Chelny,in the Tatarstan Republic,in Russia.The unit,PM 1,produces more than 50,000 tonnes/yr of base paper,which is converted on site into over 300 million rolls of toilet paper.The new press section is scheduled to start up during the first quarter of 2008.
