EACH TISSUE production line and its end-products set different requirements for the furnish.Maximum stock cleanliness and getting the maximum possible brightness from the raw material are the key quality targets.The deinking line must also be cost-effective,environmentally friendly and promote good tissue machine runnability.One solution for tissuemakers is a singleloop deinked pulp(DIP)system,as shown in Figure 1.This system,which produces higher and lower brightness pulps for 100% recycled-flber-based tissue and towel grades,is designed to ensure maximum yield through operational efficiency,simplicity and robustness.
