Anglo American,the UK-based forestry and mining group,is set to take over Austria's Roman Bauernfeind in a Euro 344 million (US418 million) deal.Under the agreement,the privately-owned film wil receive 0.4% of Anglo American sharesin return for 100% of its European waste-based containerboard and corrugating packaging business.
