THE PULP AND PAPER INDUSTRY Is under constant extreme price pressure.Like many commodity industries,pulp and paper manufacturers have often been forced to make sales based solely on price.In order to change this therefore,sales people need to spend more time on the art of effective selling.In reality however,they are spending too much time on administrative tasks and not enough on providing value to the customer.
