FACED WITH TOUGH ENVIRONMENTAL restrictions,as well as tight capital expenditure budgets,Zellstoff Pols'market pulp mill in Austria has found a way to raise output,cut effluent and improve pulp quality at minimal expense.As part of a several year long plan,the mill has been successively rebuilding the fiber line following the blow tank through very selective upgrades.
