Billerud to SNAP up henry cooke

Billerud has signed a letter of intent to buy UK papermaker Henry Cooke from the South Africa-based industrial brand management company,Barloworld.The purchase price is expected to total around pound17.5 million (US27.7 million) on a debt-free basis and the deal should be tied up by the end of the year.
