In a deal bringing together two companies that have done business together for 10 years,Corrugated Services of Texas and Orange County Container(OCC)of Southern California are merging,contacts said.A holding company called Orange County Container Group will oversee the two units:Corrugated Services,which operates a 321,400-ton/yr recycled con-tainerboard mill in the Dallas area,and OCC with its converting operations and plants in California and Mexico.Also,OCC and Corrugated Services are partners in the Performance Sheets plant that OCC purchased from Temple-Inland.
