Expecting to acquire Weyerhaeuser's 140,000-mtpy sulfite dissolving pulp mill in Cosmopolis,Wash.,Charlestown Investments and its investor group would restart the mill by July and install a new boiler in three years that would increase mill capacity to about 160,000 mtpy.
