IP,Sun Paper form venture in China

International Paper will spend 140 million on forming a 50/50 joint venture firm in China with Shandong Sun Paper to produce coated paperboard for liquid packaging,cigarette cartons,and other end uses - and also to be involved with the startup of a third board machine next year.
