摘要

To explore the effect of quality culture and corporate ethical values (CEV) on workrelated employee attitudes (commitment, satisfaction, and turnover intentions) and performance. In the above framework, the perceptions of 253 blue-collar employees in manufacturing companies in Kocaeli, an industrial region of Turkey, were analyzed. A significant effect of quality culture on work-related employee attitudes is noted which agrees with earlier findings. (88 refs.)
