A comparative study of critical quality factors in Malaysia, Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Libya

摘要

To stress upon the making of genetic framework for the successful implementation of TQM in developing countries. A detailed study is undertaken with a sample of five different national groups to analyze the importance of critical, important, and minor factors affecting the implementation of TQM in the industries in these groups. While the model developed here derives from the cultural settings, corporate conditions and experiences of developing countries, it also carries the making of a generic framework for successful implementation of TQM in other developing countries.
